  About the Author

  Chapter One

Kaiden Hill sat on a couch in Desiree’s apartment, sandwiched between two other women. He loved Desiree, and she returned his affections, but she wasn’t the only one he loved, and the same could be said for her. Right now, she wasn’t here. She was out talking to the new demons in the city.

Basically, Kaiden was both the luckiest man alive and the unluckiest.

It all depended on how one would look at it. He was certainly lucky in love, but he was definitely unlucky about being the Chosen One.

Not that long ago, Kaiden was back in Kathill at level nineteen, doing his best to not get any experience and level up. But then he became level twenty anyhow, and everything changed once he bonded to a fallen angel. Zaphkiel, his angel, was trapped between the angels and the demons. That made Kaiden trapped too between Ashya and Necoloatan, the lands belonging to the angels and the demons.

The war between angels and demons had been going on since they first arrived on Earth. Since they had started to bond with the humans and gave them magic, they had changed the way the world worked completely.

Before all of that, a person didn’t have to worry about magic or levels. Experience points were just in video games. Kaiden longed to live in a world like that. He strove to make a world like that again.

Zaphkiel wanted that too. Kaiden was sure Zaphkiel wanted to remove both the angels and demons back to Heaven and Hell. That was the plan, and the first step was killing Lilith, the most powerful demon on Earth. She was weak now and would have to regrow her powers since she had just come back and was bonded to a low level human.

Kaiden glanced around. Desiree’s apartment wasn’t the best. It was in the city of Houndpoint in Necoloatan. She was bonded to a demon, but Kaiden didn’t care. Nor did the two women on either side of him.

Ziva Green was stunning with her long blonde hair and petite figure. She was a fierce fighter and strong. Kaiden couldn’t get enough of her. He loved her, and she loved him. They were bonded in a different way than they were with her angel and his fallen angel.

Ai Soto was on his other side. She was just as dazzling but differently. Her dark brown hair and Asian features were a fine complaint to Ziva and Desiree.

Kaiden loved them all. They all loved each other.

“Things are going well,” Ziva said. Her hand rested on his leg, and she looked into his eyes. Hers were deep and penetrating, as if they could see into the depths of his soul. When she gazed at him like that, it was as if she knew what he was thinking before he did, as if she knew everything about him.

  “They are,” Kaiden said.

More and more demons were arriving, but another force made of demons and their humans was on the way to fight them.

They had time to prepare and prep, but still, they didn’t have a moment to waste battling smaller armies. The key to it all was Lilith, and that was who Kaiden needed to kill, first here on Earth and then in Hell. That was going to be tricky and require some planning, but that was for another day. Now was the time to kill Lilith before she could regain all of her power and strength. She wouldn’t remain weak for long. She’d level up as quickly as possible so now was the time to strike.

Ai leaned over, and her small perky breasts pressed against him. There was nothing that turned him on more than his lovers and their bodies. Just touching them make him hard. Her pressing against Kaiden had him sprung already.

  “We’ve been succeeding,” Ai said.

She was the first one to believe in him. Ai and her angel Dazielle had been searching for the chosen one since they first bonded. When they learned of Zaphkiel bonding, they went out to find him.

It was she who gave him hope and then Ziva and Desiree. Without the three of them, Kaiden would be lost and confused. He wouldn’t be able to figure everything out.

Only because of Ziva and Ai that Kaiden had drunk from the Holy Grail. That had changed him, and the level up still hadn’t been completed. The skill and attributes were still waiting for him to apply them, but Kaiden feared picking the wrong ones. The list was long, and he could only pick one. The others in his inner circle said he needed to shit or get off the pot.

Ziva leaned in too, and her lips pressed against his. Soft. Luscious. Kaiden was lost in her. Ai’s hands explored his body. This was what Kaiden loved, them being okay with sharing him. The two of them loving him was beyond perfect, and Desiree did too.

Ziva’s kiss was intense. Her mouth parted, and her tongue entered his. They wrested for control of the kiss, of each other.

Ai’s hand ventured down his pants and stroked his hard cock. She kissed his cheek as he was still kissing Ziva. Kaiden wanted both of them in every way. He longed to be one with Ai and with Ziva, to merge the three into a single soul, to make love.

Ziva pulled away. Wordlessly, she stared at him, flushed and licking her lips. She wanted to make love too, to have him in her, and to be with Ai. That much was clear.

Kaiden wasn’t ever going to pass up a chance to be with the women he loved. It was a frantic undressing. The two stripped him down to nothing in seconds and then turned to each other. Ziva took off Ai’s clothes, and she caressed Ai’s body. Just seeing them touch each other was hot. That really got Kaiden’s blood boiling. He wanted them more. Desired them more. Craved them. Needed them. They were his world, his everything. He loved them, every part of all of them.

Ziva, Ai, and Desiree completed him and made him happy.

Now it was Ai stripping Ziva. With Ziva’s shirt off, Ai kissed the other woman’s large breast and her amazing nipples. It took all of Kaiden’s power to not jump up and join the
m or to start stroking his penis. He could, and it would be okay. He’d learned he could come multiple times close together, that he could please both of them. All of them.

Once they were completely free of their clothes, they turned to him, both with sly smiles on their faces. Kaiden was going to have a blast with them. It would be one of the best days of his life. Each time with them was better than the time before, better than he could expect.

Ziva took his cock in her hand and slowly stroked it. Ai stood on the couch and straddled Kaiden’s head, placing her flawless pussy in his face. Kaiden’s hands went to her hips and pulled her closer. He sucked on her lips, and his tongue danced, made love to her. Kaiden found her clit and sucked on it. Ai screamed out in pure bliss and joy. She squirted on his face as he licked her pussy.

Ziva took his cock into her mouth. Her moist mouth took all of his cock. She was magical with her blow job. This was Heaven on Earth.

Kaiden ejaculated into her mouth, and Ziva swallowed it all, every drop of his come.

The two had him recline on the couch now instead of sitting, and Ai took his still hard dick into her tight flower. She rode him, and her walls gripped him, taking him for a ride of his life. Ai’s ability to squeeze his penis was the most incredible thing in the world.

Ziva replaced Ai on his face but was facing Ai. Kaiden licked Ziva and her vagina. It was different from Ai but still amazing. Ziva, Ai, and Desiree had unique feels. Kaiden loved them, treasured making love to all three.

Now, he was focused on the two. Ziva’s clit was terrific. She screamed as he ate her out. Ai rode him until he came deep inside of her. He didn’t care.

Kaiden jumped up, grabbed Ziva, positioned her on the couch on her back, and entered her. Ai sat on Ziva’s face It was beyond amazing seeing it.

Making love to Ziva was something else. Her pussy was tight too. She had the ability to pleasure Kaiden for a long time.

Kaiden wasn’t sure how long they went at it or how many times he came. The lovemaking turned into a blur.

Once it was over, Kaiden collapsed next to both of them and passed out.

The door to the apartment opened a short time later. “I see I missed all the fun,” Desiree said.

Kaiden woke. “There will always be another chance.”

  Desiree giggled. “There better be.”

  Chapter Two

Later that afternoon, Kaiden stood in the command area. It wasn’t much, just a barely lit room with a table. There wasn’t even a side table with refreshments. In the movies and even in video games, they had tons of computers and supplies but not here. With him was Zaphkiel, Vincent, and Sargal. Vincent was one of the best military minds around, and Sargal was a demon leader who had joined them.

Sargal’s human was arriving today. He had a force of humans who was going to join them. They couldn’t come soon enough. It was only a matter of time before they would be surrounded by an army of demons and humans. That was going to make finding Lilith difficult. Kaiden wasn’t looking forward to it.

Houndpoint was the hub for the angel and demon army he was forming. Kaiden had attacked the city and killed Pauline, the human who had been in charge here. She had been trying to win the favor of Lilith and had been the bane of existence for many in Ashya by sending multiple demon attacks.

She was gone, and that was both good and bad. Now, many recognized Kaiden as the Chosen One, the one a prophecy spoke of about the one who would end the war. While others saw this as a chance to prove they were the ones Lilith would want at her side, they could sway the battle to the demons. Kaiden needed to stomp them out.

“How many are going?” Kaiden asked.

“The reports are varied,” Vincent said.

  Kaiden sighed. “Varied how?”

Sargal was the one to respond. “My force is the only one we have an exact number for. Five thousand.”

Kaiden liked the sound of that. That would add a lot of humans and demons to his already large army. “The rest?”

“That is the problem. We don’t know who is coming to attack or who is coming to join,” Vincent said. His angel Layla was out scouting the incoming hordes of people arriving. Maybe she would be able to give better numbers.

Many of the angels were off doing just that. Kaiden loathed sending them out and putting them into danger. Unfortunately, that was part of being the leader. He was forced to make all of the tough choices. People were going to die, and Kaiden hated that he was going to be the reason they gave the ultimate sacrifice. At least, they would be in Heaven with God and back where they belonged. That was only a small comfort.

Zaphkiel walked into the command center. “The forces are starting to combine,” the fallen angel said.

The fallen angel was tall and muscular. The wings attached to his back were both white and black. Zaphkiel was in mid-transition from angel to demon and had stopped it. He was the only one that was stuck in that phase.

None could explain why Zaphkiel was in limbo. None truly understood Zaphkiel and what he was, not even the angel himself. Kaiden wanted to figure it out, and maybe he would, but that was for a later date, sometime after Lilith, and even after the angels.

Kaiden feared the angels almost as much as the demons. They had attacked him recently and had forced him to leave his first makeshift camp back in Ashya. Raphael hated Kaiden. The angel feared losing the power he had.

All the high-ranking angels feared Kaiden and what he might do. That was such a strange thing to Kaiden. He thought they would want to get back into Heaven, but they had forgotten their lives then. Now, only fragments remained.

If Kaiden could make them remember how great Heaven was and how much God cared for them, cared for all of them they might be able to return. Kaiden had to have faith in God and in Heaven. In the future. What was meant to be will be, and God would guide him to the right path.

For most of his life, Kaiden struggled with that and feared his faith. Living in the safe city of Kathill had been a sheltered live. He had access to video games and TV, but he had no clue how bad the war was out there. Kaiden hadn’t realized the world was in ruins or that he was the one to save it. Kaiden was Liu Kang and had been chosen to end this. It was a strange feeling.

“How many are joining us?” Vincent asked.

Kaiden shook his head and focused on that. This was important. Dreaming of victory was a waste of time.

“The bulk of the people aren’t,” Zaphkiel said. “The force that is going to attack us will be at least twice our size.”

  Vincent groaned. “Not good.”

That was the understatement of the century. No, of the millennium. What they needed right now was a group of Saiyans. If that could happen, Kaiden would be pleased, but it couldn’t. They were fiction, and this was real.

They had magic, but so did the ones attacking them. Kaiden feared this was the beginning of the end. They had to stop this horde moving against them.

“What can we do?” Kaiden asked.

“Funnel them in,” Vincent said. “That will give us the edge. None of that lining up on the battlefield shit that Pauline did. Urban warfare.”

Kaiden liked the sound of that, but he couldn’t see a way Houndpoint survived a war within its limits. “The city will be destroyed, won’t it?”

  “Most likely,” Vincent said.

Layla arrived and gave the same news as Zaphkiel. They relayed upon the idea of funneling the forces into the city.

“That will work,” the angel said, “but it’s risky.”

Vincent smiled. “Risky is my middle name.”

  Layla laughed. “Mine too.”

For a brief moment, Kaiden was happy, pleased with the progress. Now, it was time to prepare the city for war.

  Chapter Three

Desiree was in charge of one section of Houndpoint. Since she lived there, she was the expert. People who used to serve under Pauline that had joined the cause all helped with the planning.

It wasn’t going to be easy. Des
iree both loved and hated the city, yet she didn’t want Houndpoint to be destroyed. She didn’t want to lose her home, but that was inevitable. A war was happening, and she was in the middle of it. Her home was the heart of it all. Hell, her heart was in it. She loved Kaiden and needed him. He was the reason everything was all happening.

The man was strong and handsome. Desiree’s magic was different than many of the people around her. She could see how powerful a person was, see her or his threat level as it was, or her or his potential. No one in the history of humankind had one higher than him. She was certain of that. Why he did, she didn’t know, but Desiree was still scared it might not be enough for them to defeat Lilith.

Desiree and her other lovers were building up barriers to make sure that only certain streets could be entered. For she loved Kaiden, but she also loved Ziva and Ai. They were fantastic women and had been her best friends back when they had all lived in Kathill, back when life was different, safe.

The barriers were part of the big plan Vincent and Layla had laid out. Desiree wasn’t much of a planner and didn’t have much knowledge about war and fighting, but she was doing her part, and the others were too. The walls they built had to be strong and powerful. The demon would be able to go any place they wanted, but the key was the humans. If they could kill them or make them surrender, the demon was at their mercy.
